Raw energy bars


dates
dried figs
hazelnuts
cranberries
chocolate chips
spirulina

Mix the dates and figs, chop the hazelnuts and the cranberries, add them into the mixture, with some spirulina. Press mixture into a dish.

The chocolate is optional
Melt some dark chocolate in a bain-marie and cover the preparation. You can sprinkle Espelette pepper, coconut… Put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Slice according to your desired portion size.
