Pumpkinseed Raw Burger

Pumpkinseed Raw Burger.

The recipe for this raw pumpkinseed burger  is very simple and delicious! I also made a barbeque sauce, you will find the recipe below.

BURGERS :

∞  Process in a juice extractor with the homogenizing blank :

  • 2 cups of pumpkin seeds soaked between 4 to 8 hours.
  • 1 cup of walnut soaked 8 hours.
  • 2 cups of chopped carrots.
  • ½ chopped onion.
  • 2 chopped garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of sea vegetable.
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari.

∞  Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of flaxseed or psyllium.

∞  Form into patties and dehydrate for 6 hours, flip burgers after 3 hours.

I served these burgers with vegetables, cabbage leaf and the barbeque sauce.

BARBEQUE SAUCE :

∞  Blend until smooth and creamy :

  • 5 cups of chopped tomatoes.
  • ½ cup of sun dried tomatoes soaked for about 2/3 hours.
  • ½ cup of fresh basil.
  • ½ cup of olive oil.
  • 1 or 2 lemons freshly juiced.
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika.
  • 1 tablespoon of sea vegetable.
  • 2 dates.
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon of psyllium to thicken.
  • Sea salt or tamari, optional.

This sauce has various possibilities. Pasta, toasts…I dehydrated it to make some soft crackers.
