Homemade vegan milk

Today it’s almond and cashew.

∞ Soak the nuts for several hours.

∞ In a vitamix / blender, mix 1 cup of nuts with one cup of water.

TIP – I soak dried fruits like grapes, cranberries, mulberries in the water that I use, a great way to sweeten.

∞ Add some water if it’s too thick.

∞ Use a milk bag to filter.

∞ Put the milk in a glass bottle in the fridge.
