Pumpkinseed Raw Burger.

The recipe for this raw pumpkinseed burger  is very simple and delicious! I also made a barbeque sauce, you will find the recipe below.


∞  Process in a juice extractor with the homogenizing blank :

  • 2 cups of pumpkin seeds soaked between 4 to 8 hours.
  • 1 cup of walnut soaked 8 hours.
  • 2 cups of chopped carrots.
  • ½ chopped onion.
  • 2 chopped garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of sea vegetable.
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari.

Celery leaves chips

That the first time I made celery leaves chips, I should have tried before. That is delicious and extremely easy to prepare, like every other chips.

Celery leaves chips marinade (10 stalks) :

  • freshly extracted lemon juice with the skin
  • 2 soup spoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • dry herbs like oregano and coriander
  •  sesame salt and a pinch of Himalayan salt

Raw leek salad


I love leeks but it is pretty recently that I’ve discovered the raw version. Now, I prefer it raw…by far, I can’t eat them cooked anymore;) So here is a very simple recipe to make a raw leek salad.

  • Finely chop the leek with a good mandolin.
  • Marinate in lemon, tamari, hemp and wheat germ oils.
  • Sprinkle with see vegetables, sesame salt, dries cranberries and pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds.
  • black olives.

You can keep it between 2 and 3 days in the fridge.
